Adam is Attenti’s Chief Finance Officer and is also the founder of Ascott Blake and has wide experience of working in both the SME and larger corporate worlds. Adam trained and qualified with a major accountancy firm in London and subsequently took his first step into Industry heading up the finance function at TMF Group, global outsourcers. He oversaw the acquisition and merger of numerous entities during a period of huge growth both organically and through acquisition for the business.

He then moved into the world of recruitment as Finance Director for the nGAGE recruitment group (formerly Human Capital Investment Group). During his time at nGAGE he played a major role in private equity backed management buyout of nGAGE from the Hamilton Bradshaw private equity house. There were numerous acquisitions, disposals and start-ups during this period and this experience is what Adam can really bring to the SME and corporate worlds.
