David is the founder and Managing Partner of Attenti. For the past fifteen years he has helped a wide variety of commercial, public and top 100 Charities, recruit high calibre, diverse Chairs, Trustees, Chief Executives and Directors. Prior to becoming a Headhunter David was a successful HR Director, having led significant transformation programmes within the private, public and not for profit sectors.

David has contributed to a wide range of thought leadership and public policy issues and has been a Chair, Deputy Chair and Trustee for a number of not for profit organisations. For over decade David was a cabinet office, central list OCPA Independent Public Appointments Assessor advising on wide range of high profile Ministerial Public Appointments

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has an MSc in Human Resource Development and an MA in Political Communications, Advocacy and Campaigning. He is a keen conservationist and herpetologist. He studies Brazilain Jju-jitsu and is an ex World Record Holder and seven-time Aikido World Champion.
