Susan is a highly experienced Researcher, having worked in the executive search industry since 1999. She was Head of Research at Best Executive Search for nearly seven years, before joining a small firm as a principal consultant. She spent nearly two years with Gerard Daniels as a Senior Research Associate before joining Cellence Plus as Head of Research for three and a half years.

Susan has successfully led complicated private sector searches and numerous international searches. As a result she has extensive experience across the public and private sectors and has recruited a number of senior level appointments, including chief executives, chief operating officers, business unit level directors and financial and commercial professionals. She also has particular expertise in financial services, the oil, gas and nuclear sector as well as construction and engineering.
