School-Home Support Appoints Claire Brinkman, Colin Horswell, Fred Sharrock, John Jeffcock, and Lisa Robinson as New Board Members

School-Home Support (SHS) is delighted to announce the appointment of five new members to join the Board of Trustees. The new trustees bring a wide range of expertise and experience that will help support the charity to achieve our ambitious aims over the coming years.

Claire Brinkman an economist and qualified chartered accountant currently working with Frontier Economics brings strong financial management knowledge and expertise in impact measurement and social impact bonds.

Colin Horswell Managing Director of Cordis Bright, a consultancy specialising in public sector children’s services, brings expertise in delivering impact for public sector organisations.

Fred Sharrock
a former Department for Education Deputy Director for behaviour & attendance, now at the Haberdashers’ Aske’s Federation, brings particular expertise in education policy and knowledge of the academy schools sector.

John Jeffcock
is the founder & CEO of Winmark, the World leading C-Suite executive network, and will help SHS by providing expertise in building a successful membership offering, a recently launched service by SHS.

Lisa Robinson a senior fundraiser for Disasters Emergency Committee will be able to provide particular expertise to SHS’ fundraising activities to help us reach more children and families.

This is an exciting time for SHS, as we aim to expand our reach across the UK. We look forward to working closely with our new trustees and our current board members to continue getting children in school, ready to learn.
