Anita leads the research practice at Attenti and has over twenty year’s experience working within executive search.

Anita spent seven years working for Gatenby Sanderson as a Senior Researcher working across multiple sectors and three years working for Tribal Group. Anita spent a decade working for Barclaycard in training and development before moving into the world of recruitment. She initially worked across the commercial sector on international assignments within Finance, Telecoms, Engineering and Construction before focusing on the Not for Profit and Public Sectors.

She has a BSc in Applied Psychology, an MSc in Organisational Psychology from UMIST and is a Level A and Intermediate Level B BPS Psychometric Assessor.
Anita is a keen walker, and owns a large German Shepherd dog, her partner in crime whatever the weather
